The devils are back for the fifth time! On December 6, 2025, Riegrovy Sady will once again turn into a fiery inferno, where chains rattle, flames roar, and darkness dances to its own rhythm.
Krampuslauf Prague 2025 brings an ancient Alpine tradition right into the heart of the city — terrifying, fascinating, and unforgettable. Whether you’re into myths, legends, pure adrenaline, or simply looking for a night you’ll talk about for weeks, this one’s for you.
What to Expect?
Fire, Fear & Winter Cheer
The gates of Riegrovy Sady open at noon, and the afternoon will be hotter than the cauldrons of hell. Warm up with mulled wine, punch, or hearty food, gather around the bonfires, or take refuge in our cozy heated winter garden.
And once darkness falls, the real inferno begins:

After the parade, the area stays open. Perfect time to grab a photo with the Krampus beasts, a drink with friends, and a dose of thrilling chills.
Tickets Are Disappearing Fast
Capacity is limited, and from previous years we know — it always sells out before the event itself. There will only be a small number of tickets available at the venue, so don’t risk it — get yours online in advance.
Who Is Krampus, Anyway?
The Krampuslauf tradition comes from the Alpine regions of Austria and Germany.
Krampus is the dark companion of Saint Nicholas — half demon, half legend. In old times, he roamed the snowy streets, scaring naughty children and reminding everyone that good and evil go hand in hand, much like beer and foam.
Today, he’s become an icon of European folklore, and Krampuslauf Prague 2025 proves that this chilling legend is alive and well with a little twist. Czech-style, with mulled wine in hand.
