Duration and Location of the Contest:
The contest will take place on the social media platforms Instagram and Facebook, with the exact duration and details of the contest specified in the individual post announcing the contest.
Participants:
Only individuals with a delivery address in the Czech Republic who meet all the participation conditions outlined in the contest post are eligible to participate. If the contest involves alcoholic beverages, participants must be over 18 years of age.
Contest prizes will only be awarded after age verification and after the participants fulfill all requirements set by Czech legislation regarding contests involving alcohol.
Contest Rules and Winner Selection Mechanism:
Contest posts will be published on the official Instagram and Facebook pages of ENERGY PUB. Participants can join the contest by following the instructions provided in the post. Winners will be selected randomly by the organizer, using a certified selection system, based on completing the contest tasks (e.g., answering questions).
Once winners are selected, they will be contacted via Instagram or Facebook, and the prize will be either handed over in person at ENERGY PUB or sent by mail, based on prior arrangement.
Prizes:
The contest may involve various prizes, including alcoholic beverages. All contests comply with applicable laws, and participants will only be awarded prizes after verifying their age with a valid ID (e.g., ID card, driver’s license, passport).
Prizes are non-transferable for cash and are not legally enforceable. The organizer reserves the right to change the prizes if necessary, without compensation.
Data Protection:
By participating in the contest, participants provide their personal information (name, surname, profile picture, and contact information) for the purpose of organizing the contest and delivering the prize. This information will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will not be shared with third parties without the participant’s consent.
Legal Framework and Responsibility:
The organizer reserves the right to modify the contest rules, dates, or prizes if unexpected changes occur. The contest is not sponsored or managed by the social media platforms Instagram or Facebook.
If participants violate the contest rules, they may be disqualified, and their participation in the contest will be canceled without compensation.
Final Provisions:
The contest is open to individuals who meet all legal requirements. The organizer is not responsible for any errors arising from technical issues when connecting to Instagram or Facebook.
